Hi! I'm Shiva Reinhardt, and I specialize in massage therapy, Ayurvedic bodywork and spa treatments in Alto, NM. I've been trained extensively not only in Structural Integration and deep tissue massage, but also in spa treatments including hot stone therapy, mud body wraps, salt glows and much more, including Ayurveda. Aside from my quality technical skill (being able to release your tight spots!), I believe the best thing about my massage is that I am fully Present. This means I don't indulge in idle chatter, daydream, or boredom. During your entire massage I am fully engaged in your experience, whether it be working through your tensions, or making you feel totally pampered and relaxed. That is why I call my practice Presence Massage. My massage studio has a private front entrance, which you will enter directly from the parking lot. It also has a private restroom with shower for your use only. Photos of the studio are below.

Spring and Summer Specials

30 minute salt scrub followed by a hot shower to rinse off the salt and prepare your muscles with warmth for a deep massage. Next an hour long full body massage to fully moisturize your fresh skin with a specialized blend of scented Natural oils. You will get a 2 oz. bottle of scented oil to take home.

Aromatherapy scents you can choose from:

• Peppermint Java Vanilla
• Asian Lychee
• Bamboo Pear Tarragon
• Citrus Sage
• Coconut Lime Verbena (BBW)
• Coconut Mango Pineapple
• Cucumber

• Papaya Basil Lime

Choose one scent for your scrub, and one for your massage! Other basic scents like Eucalyptus or Lavender are available. Just ask!

I do therapeutic, deep connective tissue therapy, which comes through me as a presence-centered bodywork, using Ayurvedic principles. Like most therapists my massage style is unique and the fusion comes from all that I've learned not only in massage school, but from every massage I've gotten, and every experience I've had. My sessions are tailor-made to each individual.

Gift Certificates - are available for any treatment Western Massage or Ayurvedic Treatments. Gift certificates are great for the person who has everything, or as a surprise to your loved one while on vacation. You can come to my studio and buy them directly from me, or you can purchase them online and I can mail the gift certificate anywhere you like. The gift certificates are postcard style and come with an envelope. You can choose from two styles: Gift of Massage or Serenity. The back of the card looks like this.

• For those who abide permanently or semi-permanently in Ruidoso, I can offer a series of sessions just for you, to target almost any specific issues you may have.

• I am trained in Structural Integration and can offer the 10 session series.

• The training I recieved also prepared me to work with clients who may have emotional blockages, or who are interested in contacting unresolved emotions through massage, because emotions are stored in the body.

• Even more than just relaxation/vacation massage, I can work with you over time in a real therapeutic context.
